Data collected

When you use the contact form, we collect only:

• Your email address
• Your beekeeper status (if you check the corresponding box)
• Your newsletter preference
• The content of your message (optional)

We do not collect your name, phone number, postal address, or IP address.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed to:

• Reply to your message (legitimate interest)
• Send you ApiThrive updates, if you have requested them (consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 31 nFADP)

Sub-processors

Your data is transmitted to the following service providers, operating within the European Union:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SA) — contact management and email delivery. Servers in Germany (Frankfurt). Brevo Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare — website hosting and anti-spam protection. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

Retention period

Your data is retained for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter or your contact request is being processed. It is deleted upon simple request sent to contact@apithrive.ch.

Your rights

In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your data
• Right of rectification
• Right to erasure
• Right to data portability
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time
